Southern Sanitation is not responsible for any damage done by roll-off containers; Roll- Trucks, Rear load Trucks or Southern Sanitation, Inc Drivers on the Property of service address. Placing containters on grass, plants, bushes, trees, or in yards that if it rains or other acts of nature can cause damage to property in which Southern Sanitation is not responsible for.

If the dumpster goes over the weight limit, Southern Sanitation will contact you in regard to payment. If payment is not made within 7 business days, we will run the card on file.

Household Batteries, Tires, and Hazardous Liquids are NOT allowed in dumpsters. If found, customer will be charged for proper disposal.
